FIT & SIZE GUIDE

This shirt has a unisex retail fit. For a more relaxed fit, consider ordering one size larger.

For the best fit, lay a T-shirt you already own flat and compare its measurements with the chart below. Width is measured across the chest from side seam to side seam. Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Measurements are provided by the manufacturer and may vary by up to 1.5 inches. Please check the size guide carefully, as we cannot exchange made-to-order shirts for a different size.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry on low heat. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Do not iron directly over the design. Do not dry clean.

PRODUCTION, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Every shirt is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

The estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout, and tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

Because shirts are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selection or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 21 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the problem.

MERCHANDISE RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Every item in our merchandise collection is made to order specifically for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because merchandise is made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• A change of mind
• Preferring a different design
• Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 21 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs showing the complete item and the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. You will not normally be required to return the affected item.

MINOR VARIATIONS

Because each item is individually printed, minor differences in colour, print placement and garment measurements may occur. These normal production variations are not considered defects.

Garment measurements may vary by up to 1.5 inches, and print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, confirm the shipping address and contact the carrier or local post office before contacting us.

Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional payment to be produced and shipped again.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
